4 weeks after Vanco treatment - possible to start earlier? Better to get FMT and use a lighter probiotic?

After 2 weeks of HMF replete - 1/2 sachet per day at lunch. Then used HMF forte. Both replete and forte have to be refrigerated.

Not sure how much it helped but naturopath recommended it, so I used it.

On weekends I would "weed" - try to kill more bad actors / issues in my got. This plus allicin, as prescribed by naturopath.

I was also told to do this on weekends - up to 4 weeks or more. 

During the week I would "seed" good bacteria. I never had FMT, which is the best probiotic as long as the donor is screened.

Florastor is the name brand of S Boulardii, which is more expensive than the generic brands you can find.

Another generic brand S Boulardii. S Boulardii is yeast-based and so isn't killed by antibiotics, like other probiotics. That's why, only after antibiotic treatment does it make sense to use other probiotics, but can it hurt?
